"The 2020 Malbec Classic is made with grapes from Tupungato, Uco Valley by the oenologist Atilio Pagli. The region’s altitude shielded the vineyard from the worst of the warm weather resulting in a nose of fresh sweet and sour cherry with hints of herbs along with a gentle, juicy and balanced palate. A simple, fruity wine, the finish leaves some of that fruit lingering on the tongue.".

Sommeliers of the Year 2019: Liz Martinez - Food & Wine: “The Coen Classic 2019 embraces its youth by being very structurally sound, achieving a balancing act of fruit, elegance, and tannin. It can be enjoyed every day with a number of foods, but most importantly, the integrity of this wine is great for highlighting simple, quality ingredients in food. Pair it with pizza and red sauce, a cheeseburger or charcuterie, even some light game meats.”
